Nutrition Information: 

 

I think we can all agree that nutrition is one of the hardest aspects of losing weight. What I offer is a nutrition plan tailored to meet your specific goals.  I assist with grocery lists, accommodate plans that involve any food allergies, diseases, and food dislikes in general.  I would love to help  you with new, fun ideas that you can incorporate into your weekly meals. I do not agree with deprivation or extremely strict "dieting."  I am truly not a fan of the word, "diet" to be honest. I would love to help show you that healthy foods that are packed with nutrients can give your tastbuds just as much satisfaction as junk food! There are so many options out there, let me share them with you!

​Pizza Anyone? 

 

This is a picture of the cauliflower crust pizza I made. Don't let the name fool you, it's delicious! It took a total of 30 minutes to make (maybe an extra 5-10 with prep).  I topped with tons of veggies: peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, and tomatoes.  Next time I'm throwing some turkey pepperoni on there! 

Pancake Heaven: 

 

Every now and then I NEED to stray away from my normal breakfast meals.  This is insanely easy to make and takes about 10 minutes at the most.  These are my cinnomon pecan pancakes drizzled in Walden Farms (calorie free) syrup! 

Zucchini Fries:

 

Ahh... my beloved zucchini fries! The prep time is about 10 mintues and the cooking time is 20 - 30 mintues. These zucchini's were sliced, dipped in egg whites/almond milk, then rolled in parmesean cheese and Italian bread crumbs. One of my favorites!
